• Step 1 – Find the company and role best suited for YOU; maximise your chances by focusing your application and energy in the right areas.

• Step 2 — Perfect your resume, line-by-line. Know exactly what the recruiter wants to see, and drill it into every bullet point.

• Step 3 — Deep-dive on interview prep; get to ~80% interview-ready to kick-off (and impress) during step 3 below.

• Step 4 — Ambitious networking, including debriefing and refining your approach with every passing conversation. Ensure you receive strong referrals from industry professionals.

• Step 5 — Get your interview prep to 100%.
